Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

WTGE is designed to open the door to business ownership for our veterans by developing the skills and understanding the various activities associated with launching and growing a small business; and helping entrepreneurs leverage programs and for veteran and small business services in a way that furthers their entrepreneurial dreams.

Crystal Puts Talents to Work at Pentagon

June 2014.  Crystal Management, LLC, in conjunction with Prime contractor General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT, Inc.) has been awarded a two and a half year contract to provide comprehensive support to the Pentagon’s communication infrastructure. The U.S. Army Information Technology Agency’s requirements for Enterprise Transport Management (ETM) effort includes all services to provide a managed Local Area Network/Metropolitan Area Network/Wide Area Network Connectivity, Time Division Multiplexing, or TDM technology for Long Haul and Point to Point Communications. The team is responsible to operate, maintain, deploy, and manage all existing network infrastructure elements. Tasks are performed as required within designated Government facilities within a 100 miles radius of the Pentagon, The Mark Center, and established alternate site(s) within the National Capital Region (NCR).

Crystal Management’s primary role on the ETM program is to support the “projects” area on the program, where move, adds or changes as well as new capabilities are deployed to the user community; Crystal Management participates in the overall 24x7 Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of this complex mission critical communications infrastructure providing support over 50,000 users at multiple classification levels for all military service branches within the NCR. Lastly, Crystal Management provides Continuity of Operations (COOP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) support for the Pentagon infrastructure.

Crystal Brings IT Solutions to DHS Eagle II

December 2013.  The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) EAGLE II contract is a Multiple Award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide information technology solutions through performance of a wide range of support services.  The Dev Technology Group Team has been awarded the DHS EAGLE II Small Business Track for Functional Category 1 – Service Delivery under the “All SB” category.  Crystal Management, LLC as a subcontractor to the Dev Technology Group will deliver a full range of services and solutions in support of developing, implementing, and maintaining technology that supports the DHS mission and its business functions.

Crystal to Support Department of Homeland Security Technical and Business Services

 Strategically sourced contract vehicle offers Department-wide program management, engineering, and technology support services March 2013. Crystal will serve as a subcontractor for the vehicle called Technical, Acquisition, & Business Support Services (DHS TABSS) recently awarded to SRA International to provide a wide range of strategically-sourced support services for Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its components. SRA is one of 12 awardees under Domain 1 of this indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle with a ceiling value of $11 billion. The SRA contract has a five-year base period.

Under the TABBS contract, Crystal will support the DHS mission by providing headquarters and component organizations with best-value solutions across the 39 program management, engineering, and technical support service areas that comprise the scope of DHS TABSS Domain 1.

The Department of Homeland Security’s mission is to prevent terrorism and enhance security, secure and manage our borders, enforce and administer our immigration laws, safeguard and secure cyberspace, and ensure resilience to disasters — as well as strengthening and maturing the DHS enterprise.

Crystal Wins United States Coast Guard (USCG) TABSS Contract

November 2012. The Technical, Acquisition and Business Support Service (TABSS) contract is a Department-Wide Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract vehicle for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The combined ceiling of all TABSS contracts is set at $11 Billion over five years. “We are pleased to support Insight, the USCG and other DHS components through the TABSS contract” said Ernie Willard, Executive Vice President of Crystal Management.

Under Domain 1, Track 2, Crystal will provide Program Management, Engineering and Technology Support Services that include support for strategic planning, acquisition, business process reengineering, enterprise architecture, logistics, performance management and software engineering services. Domain 1, Track 2 is reserved for small business concerns.
